Miss Linda Rae Turner, 62, of Ozark died Thursday afternoon November 2, 2006, in a Dothan Hospital. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 5, 2006, from the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Dan Sheppard officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Ground Baptist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to service time on Sunday. Miss Turner was a native of Ozark where she was an active member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She worked with the children's Sunday school and Vacation Bible School in the Church. Miss Turner worked with General Telephone and Electronics for 30 years prior to her retirement in 1992. Survivors include: Her Two Sisters: Gaye Formby and Pam Turner, Ozark Two Brothers: Sammy Turner and David Ward, Ozark Her Niece: Jenifer Ward, Wicksburg: Two Nephews; John & Heather Formby, Matthews, Alabama and Josh Ward, Pinckard. A special Great Nephew and best friend, Cole Formby. Her faithful companion cat Lucy is left to miss her.
