Rhonda, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the boys. I have continually prayed for you and Hugh since the last time I saw him. I thought so much of Hugh and my heart is broken to hear of his passing. I still have not really accepted it. May God bless you and keep you always. In Him, Michael

Dear Rhonda, Stephen and James, I am so saddened by Hugh's death, but what a joy his life was. He lived more in his lifetime than many people ever do, and he has touched so many lives. You will be in my prayers. God bless you and be with you in the coming days. Love, Suzanne Thomas, Whigham, Ga. 39897

My prayers have been with Hugh's family since I became aware of his battle with cancer several months ago. I graduated with Hugh in 1987 and remember him as the kind of person that was EVERYONE'S friend. I was so pleased to know that Hugh had devoted his life to the Lord. I pray that God gives you strength in the days ahead and the understanding that God does things for a reason. May the Lord bless and keep you.

Our memory of Hugh will always be cherished. He was a man of character, laughter, and wisdom beyond his years. He was a man of God, who will be sorely missed. Our love and sincerest sympathy goes to Rhonda and the children at this time. May God grant you peace and comfort during this time of sorrow. Much love...

My thoughts and prayers are with the family members, most of whom I have known for many years. Hugh and I grew up in the same neighborhood and attended the same church(Black Jack Baptist of Bainbridge, Ga). I have many fond memories of our friendship.

I was very sad to read of Danny's passing. His mother, Aunt Nina and I graduated together. In fact, my father is first cousin to Flossie, Bertha, Jewel (who just died) and Onie. When my sister and I were little girls, Flossie stopped by Uncle Willie Martin's in Panama City and brought us back to Bainbridge with your mother and sister (then little girls too). I knew their parents were Jack Archer and wife who was a local Wimberly. I wish you the very best. It is during this time that God is carrying you. Jan Hutto
