Mr. Rogers was a native and life-long resident of Dale County. Mr. Rogers was a member of the original Ozark Eagles and the starting pitcher in the 1940's, and remained an avid baseball fan all of his life. Mr. Rogers had various jobs during his working years: fireman, policeman, taxi driver, worked with Cowikee Mills, Jordan Pile Driving, and B. F. Williams Construction Company. He was preceded in death by one sister, Nellie Casey, and two brothers, Johnny Rogers and Don Rogers. Service Information
