Obituary of Edna Mae Holmes

Mrs. Holmes was a native of Oakmont, Pennsylvania. She received her BA in Music from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. She also received her Masters in English from Bob Jones University. She taught at Bob Jones University, then moved with her husband to Ozark ,where she taught at Midland City High School. She then moved with her family to Crystal River, Florida, and then to Orange Park, Florida, where she taught at Orange Park High School for seventeen years. Upon retirement she moved to Ozark, Alabama where she was a member and played the organ for the Bridlewood Chapel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Fred Holmes, and her son, Charles Edmund Holmes. Service Information
