Mr. Williams was born July 11, 1947 in Eufaula, Alabama to the late Irma Cary Williams and Thomas Grubbs Williams. Mr. Williams served in law enforcement all of his adult life. He retired from the State of Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board following 23 years of service.
