Obituary of Edward Raymond Folds

Mr. Edward R. Folds, age 70, of Ozark, died Saturday, January 14, 2006, in Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Wednesday, January 18, 2006, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark. Interment will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:30 A. M. Wednesday until service time. Mr. Folds was born January 27, 1935 to the late Reba and Jesse Folds. He served in the United States Army and owned and operated Ed's Machine Shop in Enterprise for over 25 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Faye Bludsworth Folds in 1999. Survivors include his three sons, Stanley Folds of Ozark, Wesley Folds of Enterprise, and Tracey Folds of Bessemer, one sister, Linda Stanton of Ozark, and one brother, Charles Folds of Texas. Three grandchildren also survive.
