Mr. Samuel Douglas Peak, age 64, of Anniston, Alabama, died Thursday evening, March 29, 2007, following a brief illness. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P. M. Saturday, March 31, 2007, from K. L. Brown Memory Chapel in Anniston, Alabama. Holman Funeral Home of Ozark will be handling local arrangements. Mr. Peak was born May 6, 1942 in Anniston, Alabama where he was a life-long resident. He was a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelors Degree and a Masters of Business Administration Degree. Mr. Peak was retired from Monsanto Corporation following 33 years. He was of the Baptist Faith, served in the United States Air Force, and loved spending time at Panama City Beach. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Dr. Paul Dulaney of Ozark, one son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Angie Peak of Jacksonville, Alabama, two grandchildren, Nicholas Dulaney and Mary Catherine Dulaney, one sister, Cathy Whitted of Savannah, Georgia, and one brother, Ronald Peak of Anniston, Alabama. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his memory to your local Humane Society. Service Information
