I have said a little prayer every morning for Grandpa Johnny! Also for you Grandma and family! He also made me laugh and welcomed me with a BIG hug and smile, just as my own Grandpa use too! I thank god for knowing him and being able to see the way he lights up a room when entered. Another angel keeping watch!

Dear Joan and Family, Very sorry to hear of John's passing. I enjoyed it when I use to call him and we talked. We would have a few laughs. Then it was only a couple of weeks ago, the last time I talked to him, that he seemed to be saying goodbye. He was a good friend and co-worker. The year we where partner's in the football contest, we had fun getting together and making the picks. Then there was Monday nights at the Suncoast for the football game. We sure would had a goodtime. We even made a couple of bucks at the end of the season. My thoughts are with you all in this time of your sorrow. God Bless you all. I'm sure John is resting peacefully now. Tony

Grandpa...i remember the first day i met you, and that memory is one of the few things that make me happy. Over the years, i havent seen you as many of the other family members have, but when i was with you, i cherished every moment, cause i knew being with a great man like you was something special in its own right. I loved every thing that we did together, whether it was watching girls, looking through casino security cameras, passing McDonalds parking lots in fear of the car breaking down, playing with Pearl, Cocoa, and Bear in our front yard, and watching whales on the side of a ferryboat. But you never stop amazing people, do you, Grandpa? Even though you have passed away, you still have made one more of my dreams come true. In the past week, i have met family members that I have always wanted to meet. It was always a dream of mine to meet as much of the family as I possibly could, since I had always lived so far away. I thank you for that. You have done so much for me, even when i didnt ask for it, or even want it. I know that you will watch me from heaven, and i will do my best to use every bit of knowledge and advice you have ever given me. I love you. And im not saying goodbye, because i know i will see you again. Love, Nicholas. Your humble grandson.

Thank you for the greatest gift you could've ever given me...Joe. Thank you for being the greatest papa Joey, Shelby and Jacob have ever known. Thank you for being the kind of Dad that has taught his son the importance of family and what it means to be the best father and husband possible. Thank you for those hugs that were so filled with love that they took my breath away because you squeezed so tight. I will always think of you on our birthday. Much love, Shawn.
